With time and air, the wine develops complex notes of black currant, tobacco, and cedar. The initial palate is focused and balanced with bright blueberry and fresh lingering rhubarb. The wine opens further with increasing complexity and richness, showing notes of dark bramble, baking spices, anise, and licorice. The structure is polished but present and hints at the
